Surrogates usually receive compensation, which is undoubtedly an additional incentive for them, however, at our agency we make sure that the financial aspect is definitely not the number one motivator since our surrogates are financially stable and They DO NOT depend on any government help.
Requirements
To Become A Surrogate

Be between 21 and 39 years old

Have had no more than 3 C-sections

Have had no more than 5 pregnancies

Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) lower than 30

Have had a successful pregnancy and delivery

Have a work permit, green card, or be a U.S. Citizen

Drug-free, including marijuana

Not receiving any state or federal financial aid

Living at a surrogacy-friendly state

The Surrogate's Journey Process
STEP 1
Complete application.
Intake call to explain the surrogacy process and compensation.
Answer any questions you may have.
Complete agency agreement and other documents.
Obtain and pre-review Medical Records.
We create your profile as a surrogate.
STEP 2
Matching with intended parents face-to-face video conference.
Send your medical records to the IVF clinic for a doctor to review.
STEP 3
Medical screening at the parents' IVF clinic.
Psych Evaluation.
Criminal and Financial Background Check.
STEP 4
Start a legal process.
We provide you with referrals for legal support.
Review the draft contract with the lawyer of your choice.
Sign and notarize the final contract.
STEP 5
IVF Cycle preparation.
Receive calendar.
Injections start.
Embryo transfer procedure followed by 2-3 days of bed rest.
Schedule the first and second blood pregnancy tests.
Heart-beat confirmation via ultrasound.
Monitoring appointments for ultrasound and bloodwork at your IVF clinic until your 10th week of pregnancy: graduation.
STEP 6
Choose your own OB-GYN and verify that it is accepted by your health insurance.
Attend all routine appointments with OB-GYN for the remainder of pregnancy until delivery (in-network)
Keep intended parents updated after each doctor's appointment.
Choose an in-network hospital for delivery.
STEP 7
Deliver the baby. Parents may be present for the amazing moment!
Witness the happiness of the parents when they receive their baby.
The day after delivery you will be able to spend some time and hold the baby.
Say “Goodbye”to the intended parents and their baby.
Go home to recover and rest for the next few weeks.
